Returns & Exchange Policy

To start a return, you can contact us at info@pasgarcon.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns & Exchange Policy 
Something just doesn’t work for you and you would like to exchange it or get a refund? No worries. We accept returns as long as the item is in its original condition. Additionally, the item must be returned within 7 business days of delivery to you.

Return on a timely manner 
We expect to receive the returned item in its original condition within 7 business days since the item was delivered to you. To clarify, 7 Business days count from the day you have received the package until the day we have received it back in our studio.

Fair Use  
It's OK to try an item on just like you would in a shop, but please don't actually wear it. If an item is returned to us worn, damaged or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to provide a refund and and the item may be sent back, at your expense. 

A refund is subject to the product inspection. The decision regarding “Fair Use” is kept to pas garçon’s sole discretion.   

For your convenience, there are 3 ways to return an item:

  • We recommend that you send your package using a scheduled delivery service, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
  • You or someone on your behalf can drop off the item at our studio. Visits to our studio are by appointment only.
  • If you are having a hard time delivering the item back to us, please email us within 7 days of receiving the item (while in the applicable time frame) with a return request and we can help arrange the delivery for you.

 

Exchanges
Exchanging an item for a different size or color is easy. Please email us with the request, and we will schedule the exchange. (applicable shipping costs may be added)

Refunds or exchanges do not include original delivery cost. We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
